Alberto is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor and a Licensed Master Social Worker with ten years of experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents who are seeking help with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Alberto earned a master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University and is dually licensed in both New Jersey and New York. Throughout his career, Alberto has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including public housing, shelters, hospitals, community-based harm reduction programs.

Alberto uses a collaborative, compassionate, and empathy-based approach, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. He strives to help individuals and couples gain awareness of their challenges to address their needs, support personal growth, and promote lasting healing.

Alberto provides individual, couples and family therapy. He is a bilingual and offers therapy in both English and Spanish.
